Maison Estate Agents work alongside an excellent local solicitors and due to the nature of our working relationship we are able to offer on their behalf very competitive rates for conveyancy. As with everything Maison undertakes this is a direct cost from the solicitor and Maison Estate Agents makes no charge for referring business to them.

Although the ever-frustrating Hip's have now been abolished there is still a requirement for an Energy Perfomance Certificate. Once again Maison has secured the services of an excellent local supplier who will provide your EPC speedily and efficiently. Maison are happy for our customers to deal direct with the supplier or alternatlvely we can take the strain - the cost of the EPC will be the same.

There is nothing more frustrating than realising at the eleventh hour that the cost of selling your home is considerably more than expected. Should you choose to take advantage of Maison's working relationships and use our recommended solicitor and EPC supplier, we can supply you with a detailed quotation of the full cost of selling your home - the only variable would be the incredibly low fee from Maison.

    estate agency benefits and a Sole Agency Agreement of 12 weeks
